This book is just out on the market - I haven't read it yet. Stephen is an expert and well known businessman good at licensing ideas to corporations

I had an idea to specialize my company, to help brand it and be more attractive to customers. My business coach said, 'How do you even know they care about that?' Well I can only assume.........but that let me to buy this book and I'm reading it now. The main point is that you have to test and measure, and that gut feelings or a hunch is a poor substitute.
How to Make Big Money in your Small Business
This book is by Jeffrey Fox who does a list of books like this. This one is powerful and to the point - a real gem I think. He gives a main point, like "Pay your star employee steak, and you eat hamburger" and then explains his reasoning behind it, including example stories. Very easy to digest, very easy to understand the point he's trying to get across.
Bringing your product to market-- in less than a year
I have read part of this book and it's a very handy and well-laid out resource. You don't have to read the whole thing to gain insight - you can get your questions answered by browsing the sections. Here's a link to an overview
